Privacy notice

Who. Orchis.ai LLC runs this sign-off. Contact: chris@orchis.ai.

What we collect. Your GitHub account name and id, the email address we wrote to (stored as a one-way hash in your record), your answers, your typed name, the time you answered, and your IP address and browser name. If you fill in the optional "about you" step, we also keep what you enter there.

Why. To keep a reliable record of whether you agreed to Orchis.ai using your Konnect contributions, which Orchis.ai needs in order to license Konnect. The IP address and browser name help show that the answer came from you. The "about you" details are used only to stay in touch, and only if you ask us to.

How long. Sign-off records are kept for as long as Orchis.ai uses Konnect, because they are the legal basis for that use. "About you" details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Who sees it. Orchis.ai's founders, and our lawyers if a question about the licensing ever comes up. We don't sell or share it with anyone else.

Your rights. You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your "about you" details. Write to chris@orchis.ai.
