Konnect Contributor Agreement, version 1.0
1. Who. This agreement is between you and Orchis.ai LLC ("Orchis"). It covers everything you contributed to the Konnect project (github.com/mixelpixx/Konnect) up to the date you sign: the contributions listed on the sign-off page.
2. The license you give. You give Orchis, and anyone it passes Konnect to, a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, change, distribute and sublicense your contributions. That includes releasing them under the GNU Affero General Public License and under other terms, including commercial ones.
3. Patents. If you hold patent rights that your contributions would infringe, you give the same people a matching patent license for those contributions.
4. What you keep. You keep the copyright in your contributions, and you can use them however you like. Nothing here withdraws the AGPL license that Konnect, including your work, was already released under.
5. What you confirm. The contributions are your original work, or you have the right to submit them. If an employer or client has rights in work you create, they allowed these contributions or do not claim them, and you have said so on the sign-off form.
6. Credit. Orchis will credit you the way you choose on the sign-off form.
7. No obligations beyond this. Orchis does not have to use your contributions. You give them as they are, with no warranty, and you are not committing to any future work.
8. Signing. Typing your name and pressing Sign is your electronic signature. You get a copy of this agreement and your answers by email.
