What we keep.

Konnect-EDA and KiCAD MCP Server run on your computer, and your designs never reach us.

Our sites have no ad trackers or analytics, and we don't sell data.

Accounts, purchases, license requests and server logs do leave a record with us. This page lists them.

Orchis.ai LLC runs everything on this page. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to chris@orchis.ai.

Konnect-EDA and KiCAD MCP Server

We receive: Nothing. Neither program contacts us. Konnect-EDA's source has no telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, update check or license check.
On your computer: Konnect-EDA writes a call log with tool names, timing and sizes, but no argument values.
Others: Your AI client sends what it reads to the model you've connected. Konnect-EDA's optional online tools, and what Freerouting sends if you use it, are listed on its page. KiCAD MCP Server's parts tools contact parts sites such as LCSC, JLCPCB and DigiKey when you use them.

We keep: Web server logs: IP address, time, page requested, status, referring page and browser name.
How long: 14 days, then they're deleted.
Not used: No ad trackers, analytics or third-party scripts. orchis.ai, Konnect-EDA, KiCAD MCP Server, Spic3y and Nimrod's home page set no cookies when you load them. Sites with sign-in use a session cookie.

We keep: Your email address, hashed API keys and sign-in tokens, a record of each call (tool, credits, speed, time, status, app version), and billing state.
Not kept: Web pages you read and their addresses never reach us. Searches pass through our server to the search provider, and we don't store them beyond the live request. If you turn on optional scraping, the page address and content pass through our server and our scraping provider during the request.
Others: Search and scraping providers see the query or address, not who you are. Polar handles payments, and we never see card numbers. Postmark sends sign-in and account email.

We keep: What you enter on the form (name, work email, company, role, team size, intended use, revenue range, message), the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address.
Why: To answer your request, and for nothing else.
How long: Until you ask us to delete it. We have no automatic expiry yet.
Others: Postmark carries the request by email to Chris.

We keep: Your email address, username and hashed password; sign-in attempts with email and IP address; an activity log with IP addresses; and hashes of your IP address and browser for your session. If you join a waitlist: email address, IP address and browser name.
How long: Until you ask us to delete your account. Sign-in attempts and the activity log have no automatic expiry yet.
Others: Postmark sends confirmation and password reset email.

We keep: Your account name, email address, display name and profile picture address, your session, and anything you create there.
How long: Until you ask us to delete your account.

We keep: Only the web server logs above. The simulator runs in your browser, has no account, and uploads nothing.

We keep: Email you send us, in mailboxes hosted by Hostinger.
Others: Postmark sends the email we send you, and keeps its own delivery records. Bulk email has an unsubscribe link.

Hosting: These services run on a single server rented from Hostinger.
Backups: Nightly backups are kept on that server: 14 daily, 8 weekly and 6 monthly. Something deleted from a service can stay in a backup for up to about six months. Hostinger also keeps its own weekly copy of the server.
